1. Booking & Retainer Fee

A non-refundable retainer of **20% of the total session cost** is required to secure your booking date and time. No session is considered confirmed until this payment is received.

2. Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled session date. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the retainer.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

The 20% retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may require a new retainer.

4. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late will have that time deducted from their session. If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be canceled without refund.

5. Delivery of Images

Final edited images will be delivered within 2–5 business days after the session via a Personal Album.

6. Editing Style

Raw/unedited images will not be provided.

7. Usage Rights

The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal-use license unless otherwise agreed. Commercial use requires written permission.

8. Model Release

The client grants permission for the photographer to use images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Liability

The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control (weather, equipment failure, emergencies). In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule or provide a refund excluding the retainer.

10. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for punctuality, cooperation, and ensuring all necessary permissions (locations, permits, etc.) are obtained.
